Our Guarantee

Here at Clic Bijoux our range is not enormous but we have tried to be very selective based on the quality and design of these hard to find items.
We are so sure of these beautiful products that our policy on returns is very simple; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it to us, with the original packaging, within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately this does not apply to earrings which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or to 'made to order' items. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

Damaged goods

To ensure satisfaction all of our items are inspected prior to dispatch and only perfect items will be posted. If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit, please contact us by email immediately on the day of receipt. You will be asked to return the item with its original packaging and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Pricing

At Clic Bijoux we aim to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. However we reserve the right to alter our prices whenever necessary. The price will always be up to date on our website. The final cost will be calculated to include TVA and post and packing.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards using Credit Mutuel online shopping technology. One of the foremost banks in France, Credit Mutuel provides an efficient and secure method of payment (Cybermut). Where applicable your order will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

Amendments to orders

We cannot accept any amendments or cancellations to items that are being made to order. Any other amendments to standard orders should be emailed to us immediately to avoid disappointment. We will do our very best to deal with your request.
