Our Guarantee

Here at Clic Bijoux our range is not enormous but we have tried to be very selective based on the quality and design of these hard to find items.
We are so sure of these beautiful products that our policy on returns is very simple; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it to us, with the original packaging, within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately this does not apply to earrings which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or to 'made to order' items. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.

Damaged goods

To ensure satisfaction all of our items are inspected prior to dispatch and only perfect items will be posted. If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit, please contact us by email immediately on the day of receipt. You will be asked to return the item with its original packaging and a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
